Payment for uncovered services, deductibles and co-payments are expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we gladly accept Visa and Mastercard for credit and debit card payments. We also accept checks and cash.
We kindly request that you contact our office at least 24 hours in advance if you know you will be unable to keep your scheduled appointment so that we may offer it to another patient in need.
Being Late for Scheduled Appointments
If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, it will be necessary to reschedule your appointment for another day so that we may keep our schedule flowing without interruption to other patients.
When you need a prescription refilled, you should contact your pharmacy or make the request via our online patient portal. Please do this at least 48 hours in advance to allow your physician time to review your chart prior to making the decision to refill. We do not call in refills after hours or on the weekends.
